  It sure would be nice if some of these drs would actually listen to their patients! I went in on a Saturday for what I thought to be an infection of some kind. They took my urine,said it came out clear and sent me home. Didn't take blood that day, just told me to come back in a couple of days if things got worse and the Dr said that she would give me an antibiotic if things weren't better at that time. Well when I went back it was an entirely different Dr and she refused to give an antibiotic! I've had several problems in my lifetime and am usually right when I say there's a problem! They finally took blood today but its 2-3 days out before I find anything out! Meanwhile I'm getting worse and they just don't listen to you! The checking in is all good but they don't give the care you need! Its not like I was asking for a pain killer! I just wanted an antibiotic and if they would have taken my blood on Saturday maybe I could've been on the road to recovery by now! Do yourself a favor and bypass the urgent care and just go to the hospital where they can do your blood,urine,etc and give the meds you need so you can actually get better than continue to get worse! Or just stay away from next are because they don't seem to listen or care!

  I went in about a week ago to have a sebaceous cyst removed, They told me they didn't know if it was a sebaceous cyst because it wasn't red or had a whitehead. So I got charged 150 dollars and they prescribed me an antibiotic, saying it may go away on its own. Fast forward a week later, I go see a dermatologist(Brenden Lloyd D MD), in ten seconds he tells me its a cyst and removes it in fifteen minutes, and charges me 140 dollars(No insurance). I really feel like I got ripped off by nextcare...
