- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I love Dr cristea.... But ever since they have become a part of banner the office staff and wait times suck! In the past 6 months I've had to wait over an hr after the appt time before we were taken back to the room! I've been turned away for a sick visit same day appt! I've not been given a separate room to wait in with a newborn on numerous occasions! I've had a script get lost for 1 kid while the other made it to the pharmacy! I've not receive calls back from office staff and then been lied to about it and told they left a message when I have no messages at all!! My kids have been going to Dr cristea for 6 years now, but I think it's coming up on a time for change!!! WORST OFFICE SERVICE EVER!!!!!April 29, 2017by Kristi Norris
